Brighton Boulevard Corridor
The main spine of RiNo's transformation — Brighton Boulevard from 38th to 44th has been rebuilt with a protected bike lane, widened sidewalks, and a pipeline of mixed-use development that reshaped the old industrial corridor into Denver's most ambitious urban redevelopment zone. The Source Hotel (100 rooms, rooftop pool) and its attached Market Hall anchor the mid-section. New condo and loft buildings feature exposed concrete, steel, and floor-to-ceiling glass — industrial aesthetic meets modern luxury. The $1.1 billion National Western Center redevelopment at the north end will add an arena, event pavilion, and public green space by 2025–2026. Buyers here are paying for new construction, walkability, and proximity to Denver's creative economy.
