Larimer Street Arts Zone

Built 1920–2023

The beating heart of RiNo's arts identity — Larimer Street between roughly 25th and 38th is the most photographed corridor in Denver, lined with massive murals, gallery storefronts, and converted warehouse spaces. First Friday art walks draw thousands monthly. Housing here is a mix of warehouse-to-loft conversions from the 2010s and new-build condo projects designed to echo the industrial character (brick, steel, oversized windows). Live-work units attract artists, designers, and small creative businesses. Street-level retail is dense: Ratio Beerworks, Our Mutual Friend Brewing, Finn's Manor, and dozens of restaurants. Older unrenovated homes occasionally surface on side streets at lower price points. This is RiNo's cultural core — you live here for the energy, not the square footage.
