Peakview

Built 1940–1985

One of Manitou Springs' 16 historic subdistricts, Peakview occupies the upper hillsides south and west of the commercial core. Mid-century ranches and mountain cabins sit on generous lots with sweeping Pikes Peak panoramas — the name is well earned. The terrain is steep and driveways can be challenging in winter, but the payoff is altitude, privacy, and some of the best views in town. A mix of long-time residents and newcomers drawn by the bohemian-mountain lifestyle.
