The western end of Manitou Springs along El Paso Boulevard, stretching from the US-24 interchange toward Garden of the Gods. Housing is the most diverse and affordable in town — older single-family homes, mountain cabins, and the Creekside manufactured home community (lot rent $475–$725/mo) sit side by side. Fountain Creek and Fields Community Park anchor the open space. The trade-off for lower prices is proximity to highway traffic and a less walkable setting than the downtown core, but Garden of the Gods is essentially next door.
