One of Westminster's oldest neighborhoods — originally settled during the Colorado Gold Rush era of 1858, now featuring a mix of pre-1960s homes through 1990s construction. Medium to large single-family homes (three to five bedrooms) at some of the city's most accessible price points. Population of about 5,071 residents with upper-middle-income demographics and a culturally diverse community. Close to the new Westminster Station for B Line commuter rail to Denver Union Station.
