Edgewater Crossing

Edgewater's only named new-build community — 56 townhomes and paired homes by BLVDWAY Communities at 29th and Kendall, originally known as "The Village at Edgewater." Plans range from 1,250 to 1,860 square feet across two and three stories, with rooftop decks, fenced yards, and optional basements. A central pocket park anchors the site. Located at the city's northwest edge, adjacent to Walker Branch Park, it brought the first significant new housing stock to Edgewater in decades.
