The Trails at Hiwan

A North Evergreen community nestled at 7,800 ft among three lakes and 47 acres of open space — homes from the early 1980s to the late 1990s on quarter-to-half-acre lots with underground utilities, city water and sewer, and county-maintained paved roads. The blend of mountain scenery and suburban infrastructure draws elk, deer, foxes, and the occasional bobcat through residents' yards.
